We work with our clients in preparing an investment proposal and introduce them to lending institutions that can provide finance required at a competitive level in prevailing market conditions.
Our business is completely driven by the aspirations of our clients and we have the flexibility to be able to agree a fee structure which suits each individual transaction.
After we have had an initial meeting to discuss the transaction in detail, we set out the scope of our work in an Engagement Letter. Once the client is happy with our proposals we may charge a retainer and then start work on the transaction. We charge a fee that is on a success only related basis, set at an agreed percentage of the loan and paid when drawn.
